Do You Need A Detox?
How are you generally feeling? Run down and sluggish maybe you’re losing out on sleep as your body clocks all over the show?
Hows you’re body looking? Of course age has a large part to play but do you feel you shouldn’t be looking as you do at your age?
Maybe you’re eating/drinking habits have gone out of control and you’re experiencing digestive problems, muscle aches and pains etc.
maybe all your body needs is a detox! I’m not telling you to go on a crash diet or stay in for a single weekend im talking about seeking professional guidence! Come on you guys it’s not the 80′s any more where spa resorts were mostly aimed at pop stars and those who could afford it! nowadays the prices are very reasonable and are open to everybody of late!
Anyhow if you go on spa breaks {it’s not like you’re going to hate it} Being massaged and pampered for the majority of the day doesn’t seem like that much of a struggle aye, your bound to absolutely love it you feel tons better in body and mind and give you the kick start you need to live a healthier lifestyle.
So what is a detox: over time you’re body procudes toxins in the liver kidneys and lower intestines these help break down foods and water bases substances which enter your body? these toxins in turn are exited from your body by leading a healthy lifestyle, but if you lead a unhealthy life style or have a unhealthy diet these toxins will eventually take their toll on you’re body and you’re entire well being.
If your not planning to go on Health Spa breaks you can begin your detox from home by drinking plenty of water, consuming a low fat and sugar diet, stop drinking caffeine maybe try tea particularly green tea which is packed full of antioxidants, you can even start doing a little exercise which you wouldn’t normally partake in like walking home from work or a 30 minute evening stroll in the evening etc.
