3) One should be choosy about drinking liquids – Unpasteurized milk and other milk products should be avoided. If you do not get access to UV water, you should stick to boiled water as this is the second best alternative.
4) Be choosy while eating – One needs to be choosy while eating, in order to avoid to ensure that you stay safe of food related diseases. The foods that are serves must be hot and properly sterilized. You should totally avoid raw foods, as they may contain many bacteria. Roasted meat, raw sprouts and green salads are prone top be contaminated and hence one needs to be careful while consuming these foods. If you love fruits you should take the whole fruit and cut it yourself, before eating as it is not a healthy habit.
